The Heart 'n Home Foundation redistributes durable medical equipment to hospice patients in need. We are seeking donations of servicable medical equipment to assist this effort! Things like lift chairs, scooters, power chairs, hospital beds, and other items are in particular need. If you have equipment you would like to donate please contact us to arrange a pick-up.
